Often yes. Call with the address and we will tell you straight away whether we can cover it properly. We would rather turn work down than take a booking we cannot service reliably.
Does response time change further from Houston?
Slightly. Inside Houston city limits we typically have an officer on site within four hours. In the outer suburbs allow a little longer, and we will give you a realistic time on the call rather than an optimistic one.
Do you charge extra for outlying areas?
There can be a travel element for sites well outside the metro. It is quoted up front, never added afterwards.
Can you cover multiple sites across the metro?
Yes. Multi-site clients get a single point of contact and consolidated reporting across every location.
